Remember the time when our TV’s only showed in black and white and the sense of color was only a figment of our imagination? Yeah me neither, I’m too young but I bet it would be weird. In other news, CablesAndKits recently added two brand new lines to our IP phone family and we are super stoked about them. Not like hearing about the posibility of colonizing other planets, but seriously we are geeked out! We are talking full color with Bluetooth, WI-FI capabilities, and USB ports. Lets jump into the details:
CablesAndKits has always had a heart for giving to others. Serving others is at the core of our being, as we positively impact others. We act with an “I’m for you” mentality and perpetually seek ways to assist others.
As we prepare to upgrade our technology internally, a silent auction was held in efforts to raise money to bless Rainbow Village, a local non-profit organization. All of our employees were given the opportunity to place their bid on technology that was being phased out and 100% of the profits were donated.
Access Points bring many advantages to working wireless with high-speed internet. We’ve surveyed our coworkers here at CK and came up with the Top 5 places you definitely wouldn’t work, but you could with the help of an Access Point.
1. Bathroom
A room containing a toilet and sink which is usually a location to relieve yourself. We typically wouldn’t go to a bathroom to work, but you most certainly could. Just think, you could kick back, relax and enjoy a day of work in the comfort of your own bathroom stall.

Have you heard the big news?! CablesAndKits is proud to now offer HP & Dell servers! What does that mean for you? You can now purchase servers for your network and even build your own server to be customized especially for you. This is a big deal and we want you to take advantage of this new product launch.
Here at CK, the holidays are a special time where everyone gets warm and fuzzy feelings and excitement for the huge feasts that are quickly approaching (go ahead and pull those stretchy pants out of your closet). From October until December, there is non-stop excitement around the office. In October, we put on an epic Halloween Costume contest along with a yummy Chili cook-off. These two events have been known to bring the warrior out of people (we are a competitive bunch). November is all about being thankful and figuring out how many clever ways we can repurpose the leftover turkey. In December, we hold an ugly sweater contest, gingerbread house competition and end our festivities with a festive Christmas party which brings all of our families together.
