The CK Daily – 20 Days of Giving: Day 10

Hello all! Hope you are enjoying the week. What an exciting time of giving it is! I have loved being able to be a part of the giving efforts at CablesAndKits over the past 5 years. The season of giving for us is year-round, and I love being able to be a key player in these initiatives.
I have chosen to give my CK team donation to Extra Special People. Having a family member with special needs has given me a soft spot in my heart for all individuals with special needs. I’m very aware of how often they can be overlooked and excluded from many of the experiences and opportunities that a lot of us take for granted. It can feel isolating for them and their families, which is a real shame because these amazing individuals are image-bearers of God and some of the purest reflections of His goodness! They deserve to be treated with dignity and given opportunities! That’s why I love ESP! They are advocates for those individuals and families, they create a sense of community and belonging, and they create transformational experiences and provide opportunities that wouldn’t otherwise exist! I also love that they are local to our community. Seeing the joy on the faces of those in their program is priceless!

Learning Center Article – Why would you use shielded Ethernet Cables?
Currently, the use of high bandwidth applications has been on the rise, and network systems have started venturing into factory environments which have called for the use of shielded cables.
In this new installation sector, the cable is used in areas with high electromagnetic interference (EMI). Even with improved ability to reject noise and handle gigabit Ethernet, these cables will not function properly in areas where there is high EMI if not properly shielded. A shielded cable will help in these high EMI installations ensuring safe and efficient data transfer. Read more here!
