The CK Daily – Resets and Routines
Good Morning!
It feels so good to finally say that finals are done and I am officially back home settling into summer. This past week has been all unpacking and getting re-organized! It’s been a nice reset after a bit of a stressful end to the semester.
I’ve already been taking advantage of the nice weather by working outside on my porch, which has been such a simple but amazing change of pace. Fresh air really does make all the difference, especially when looking at screens all day! I am not too excited about the rain that’s supposed to roll in today, so I’ll just soak in the sun while I can.
It has still been a pretty full week though. I’ve had to catch up on doctor’s appointments and a few other things that are much easier to schedule while I’m home. Even though it’s been busy in a different way, it feels good to check those things off and get them out of the way. I’m truly looking forward to next week when I can fully settle back into a routine, it really helps me feel grounded.
I hope you are all coming into summer similarly, with whatever routines, sunshine, and resets you need!
