Good morning, everyone!
I hope you all had a wonderful Thanksgiving! Mine was packed with two Thanksgivings, cutting down the Christmas tree, decorating gingerbread houses (my boyfriend and I’s won), taking family pictures, putting out Christmas decorations, and doing my best to stay warm through it all. It was a whirlwind, but a great one!
Coming back to Athens on Sunday was tough, especially since I’m only here for a week and a half before heading back home again. Even though it’s quick, I have three finals to fit in before the semester wraps up. It’s been nonstop work and studying the past few days, but I’m hoping everything finishes up smoothly.
Not much else to report from here, but I did manage to get all my Christmas shopping done over the break, which is both relieving and exciting because wrapping gifts is my absolute favorite part. I’ve already been watching plenty of Hallmark movies, but wrapping presents with a Hallmark movie playing in the background brings me so much joy. I can’t wait for everything to start arriving so I can fully embrace that tradition.
