Happy Monday!
This weekend felt a little busier than it actually was. On Friday I took the girls to karate. My youngest just joined a few weeks ago and she’s been having a blast with it so far. It’s fun to see her enjoying it as much as her older sister.
Saturday, I took my youngest out on a little lunch date while my oldest was at Odyssey of the Mind practice. We went to her favorite hibachi spot, and I loved hearing all of her school stories over lunch. I’ve been pretty busy lately, so it was really nice to slow down and spend that one-on-one time with her. I plan to do the same with my oldest next week. Later that evening I headed to my local card shop to playtest with some friends for an upcoming Pokémon Regional Championship. We tried out new decks and strategies; it was great but definitely exhausting. The Regional is coming up fast, next weekend (Oct 10th)!
Sunday was a slower day. We went to church and then spent the rest of the day just relaxing at home. I’ve also been playing a lot of Minecraft with the girls recently. Our world is filling up with roller coasters and wolves, and it’s been a lot of fun building it together.
I hope you have a great day and a wonderful week!
Cris

Learning Center Article – Shielded Industrial Ethernet Cables That Survive Noise, Heat, and High-Power Loads
Industrial sites now run on Ethernet for automation, safety, and high-power control. One weak cable can take the whole system down. A single missed packet in these zones can stop conveyor belts, disable security systems, or delay production cycles. In such environments, signal degradation is more dangerous than bandwidth limitations. Electromagnetic interference (EMI), voltage spikes, or improper shielding not only interrupt communication but also compromise safety.
