The CK Daily – Goals & New Routines
Happy Wednesday!
I hope everyone is having a great week so far and enjoyed the long weekend. This holiday season was an interesting one. Some of my family caught some of the bugs going around which made all the plans we had to go out the door. I can’t lie, I was bummed at first because I had built up so many hopes and dreams out what this first Christmas with Carter would look like, but it ended up being exactly what we all needed. It forced us into some much-needed rest and when the time was right, we were still able to gather and enjoy time together as a family.
As we kick off 2024, there’s always a buzz around setting goals or resolutions. Did you set any goals for the year? Maybe for me, it was the way the year ended, but I didn’t go into the year with any big goals. Just an updated book goal and a few personal ones to encourage me to get back in the gym just to keep my body moving in different ways that don’t include carrying a baby around the house.
As for books this year, my goal is 54 books! I’m a big fan of audiobooks, so I am going to set a goal of actually reading 27 books and then listening to 27 books. I know that I’ll have no issue achieving the audiobook goal, but the reading goal will be a challenge (mainly because I fall asleep so quickly when I crack open my book at night). I’m hoping I can reset and get into a better morning routine that allows me to spend some time reading before my little one wakes up. If you have any book recommendations, send them my way!
Hope you have a great rest of the week!
Ashley

Learning Center Article – Understanding Server CPU Specs
Servers are essential for so many business applications these days. If you rely on your servers for anything, then you tend to rely on them for everything.
When you’re shopping for servers (or looking to upgrade your hardware), you’re going to have to compare a lot of different specifications, and one of the most important components to analyze is the central processing unit (CPU). This is the core of the server that does all of the heavy lifting and “thinking” for the device. A great CPU runs a great server, and an inferior CPU leaves you frustrated.
