- “Aquaman and the Lost Kingdom” collected an estimated $28.1 million during its domestic opening, the fourth-lowest debut for a DC Extended Universe film.
- The New York Times on Wednesday filed a lawsuit against Microsoft and OpenAI, the company behind popular AI chatbot ChatGPT, accusing them of infringing copyright and abusing the newspaper’s intellectual property.
- Microsoft has big plans for generative AI in gaming, and its recent Xbox partnership with Inworld AI is a key example. Inworld focuses on NPCs — non-playable characters — in video games, figures who populate generated worlds but have to date largely run on limited scripts
