The CK Daily – Do The Right Thing
Happy Friday, folks! Today, I will cover our first core value, Do The Right Thing. The essence of this core value is integrity. Our definition is: We do the right thing even when no one is watching. We abide by the highest moral and ethical standards and conduct ourselves with integrity and honesty.
How does this impact you? Quite simply, it’s all about trust. We trust every one of the team members here at CablesAndKits. We evaluate each team member for each of our core values as part of our hiring process. We ask questions to understand someone’s behavior, specifically in challenging situations. It’s easy for someone to say they have integrity when there aren’t challenges. It’s the challenging situations that reveal a person’s true character.
Building a culture of trust is a cornerstone to earning trust from you, our customers. Here is a recent comment from a new customer.
“I’m always hesitant to use new sites because I’ve encountered very troublesome vendors; however, this is NOT the case with CablesAndKits.com. The cables I needed were easy to order and shipped quickly along with some cool freebies.”
Do you have a story where someone did the right thing that stood out to you? I’d love to hear the story!
Our goal is to be on your shortlist of companies that you trust!

Have a great weekend!
Chris
