- The Biden administration has decided to provide cluster munitions to Ukraine and is expected to announce that the Pentagon will send thousands as part of a new military aid package worth up to $800 million for the war effort against Russia.
- Legacy automakers continue to promise big increases in production and sales of electric vehicles, but their efforts so far have done little to change the highly watched market. Hyundai Motor, including Kia, overtook GM in U.S. sales of EVs but remains a far second compared with industry leader Tesla.
