Happy Monday!
The kids were all sugared up from Valentine’s Day and we celebrated by grilling out. Valentine’s day is a lot like Halloween, but without all the dress up! We don’t really make a big deal out of the day, but we recognize our love for each other and have a nice dinner at home. We’ve learned to avoid going out on actual Valentine’s Day, it’s just too chaotic and crowded.
On Saturday I competed in another Pokémon tournament and this time I got crushed. I guess it goes along with any competitive game, you win some and you lose some, but I made some new friends along the way. Other than that, the weekend was pretty relaxing and I’m ready to tackle another work week!
