Fast & Efficient Shipping to Meet Your Business Needs
Are you in a bind and working late? While many of our competitors close their doors to shipping new orders at 5 pm, our shipping department is in full swing picking and packing orders. As long as what you need is in stock and you place your order before 8 pm eastern time, we'll guarantee it will ship out the same day. That means less worry and stress about that last minute project addition or that critical piece of gear that you need immediately. Plus, you get the benefit of enjoying FREE shipping on orders over $250.
Free Shipping on Orders Over $250
Delivery is via common carrier (USPS, UPS, etc) to most areas in 5-7 days. For all shipments of instock products, you can expect your order to be shipped from our warehouse within 1 business day. Orders being shipped Freight, International or to Hawaii & Alaska do not qualify for Free Standard Shipping. Due to the nature of some products (length, weight, handling, etc.), these products do not fit into the Free Shipping promotion. If the product is part of the Free Shipping promotion, it will be noted on the product page as, "Qualifies for Free Shipping." $8.99 Flat Rate Shipping
To help with those smaller orders (size & weight), we are offering a $8.99 flat shipping rate on eligible products/orders. Delivery is via common carrier (USPS, UPS, etc) to most areas in 5-7 days. Please expect this order to be shipped from our warehouse within 1 business day. Just like our Free Shipping offer, orders being shipped Freight, International or to Hawaii & Alaska do not qualify for the flat rate standard shipping. Late Same-Day Shipping
When placing an order with CablesAndKits you will be presented with several shipping options during checkout. Except for special circumstances we prefer to ship UPS. If there is a special reason that you need to ship via a method we do not offer on the website please contact us.
When you checkout, our site calculates the weight of your order and requests shipping rates in real time from UPS. The rates we charge are the standard UPS published rates and we do not mark them up or add any handling charges. Please note that shipping rates are calculated on many factors including package weight, package size, send from address, send to address, fuel surcharges, etc. If you believe there is an error in your rate calculation please contact us BEFORE placing your order.
Orders must be received prior to 8 pm EST Monday through Thursday and 7:30pm on Fridays in order to be shipped the same day. If your order is urgent please place it as soon as possible. There are certain situations where the order may not ship the same day even if received before the deadline. Some of those exceptions are:
If part of your order is out of stock and you choose UPS Ground as your shipping method we will ship your order when the out of stock items are received. If part of your order is out of stock and you choose a UPS Express service we will contact you to see if you would like the in-stock portion of your order to ship that day or if you would like us to wait for the remainder to arrive before shipping.
CK Standard Shipping may not apply to same day shipping but will ship within 1 business day. (This is due to USPS only picking up once a day so if orders come in after the mail is picked up, the order won't get shipped out until the next day.)
Other unexpected exceptions may apply that may be specific to the situation. Please be sure to make any changes to your order by 3 pm on your order date. After this cut off time, we may not be able to adjust the order as it may have already been picked up.
Delivery and Transit Times
Delivery times vary depending on the date the order is shipped, the shipping and delivery addresses, and other factors. UPS is reliable when it comes to their transit times so once you receive a tracking number from us you should be able to estimate with accuracy when your order will arrive. Once you receive your tracking number you can visit the UPS website to track your package. The tracking information usually contains the estimated delivery date which is usually accurate. The UPS site is www.ups.com.
While the majority of orders ship directly from our Buford, GA warehouse, in certain instances your shipment may come from one of our other shipping locations in the US. If this occurs and there is a change in the estimated shipping/arrival time (highly unlikely), it will be noted on your order confirmation or we will call you immediately.

Curbside Pickup at Our Buford, GA Warehouse
This service allows CablesAndKits customers to order the networking products they need online to then pickup at our Buford, GA warehouse (4555 Atwater Ct Ste A, Buford, GA 30518).
We know CK shoppers want choice and convenience in how they shop and sometimes have urgent needs when it comes to their networks, which is why we have this convienvent option available. If you order an instock item, you will be able to pick up your products, most of the time, the same day. Our warehouse is open from 9:00am EST - 6:00pm EST, Monday - Friday. Please select Customer Pickup at checkout and refer to your order confirmation email for details.
For international shipments, the customer will be responsible for any duties, taxes, and/or brokerage fees that may apply. These extra fees are not included in the product price or shipping and handling cost which will be collected from the carriers on delivery, as applicable. Please check with your country's customs office to determine the additional costs. A delay of up to 7 days may occur for certain countries. Loss or Damage
If your order is lost or damaged during transit we will handle the claim with the carrier to save you time and aggravation. We will also replace your order, up to the insured amount ($100 by default), as soon as the carrier has processed the claim. This can be a complicated procedure, please contact us if you have any questions about it. The good news is that packages are rarely lost and the items we sell are hard to damage.
