Product testing and inspection
We PoE-test every port and ping every port with data packets to make sure each one functions.
Every phone is fully tested. We connect each to a call manager, test every button and place calls to confirm the speaker and handset port work.
We confirm the radios work and the correct software is loaded. LWAPP access points (air LAPs and CAPs) are connected to a WLAN controller to verify they join, the right number of radios come online and the software is correct.
Each card is plugged into the appropriate chassis to verify it is recognized and functions properly.
Power supplies and fans are tested in the appropriate chassis.
Configuration is always cleared and set to factory-new standards.
