As a Shipping & Receiving Specialist, you will play a critical role in delivering on our promise to customers: getting the right products to the right place, on time, every time. This role is hands-on and fast-paced, with a focus on accuracy, attention to detail, and teamwork. You'll handle incoming and outgoing shipments, ensure inventory is processed correctly, and help maintain our reputation for excellence in logistics.
What you'll do
7 responsibilities, in three parts of the job.
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders for networking equipment and supplies.
- Double-check shipments for accuracy, packaging quality, and labeling before they leave the warehouse.
- Prepare labels and documentation using UPS Worldship, FedEx, and other carrier platforms.
- Prepare export documentation and process international shipments in compliance with regulations.
- Assist with incoming shipments, verify deliveries against purchase orders, and process returns for restocking.
- Contribute to meeting team goals for speed and accuracy — our warehouse processes ~150 orders per day.
- Support fellow shipping team members and maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
