Role Overview
As a Shipping & Receiving Specialist, you will play a critical role in delivering on our promise to customers: getting the right products to the right place, on time, every time. This role is hands-on and fast-paced, with a focus on accuracy, attention to detail, and teamwork. You’ll handle incoming and outgoing shipments, ensure inventory is processed correctly, and help maintain our reputation for excellence in logistics.
Key Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders for networking equipment and supplies.
- Quality Assurance: Double-check shipments for accuracy, packaging quality, and labeling before they leave the warehouse.
- Shipping Systems: Prepare labels and documentation using UPS Worldship, FedEx, and other carrier platforms.
- Receiving & Returns: Assist with incoming shipments, verify deliveries against purchase orders, and process returns for restocking.
- International Shipments: Prepare export documentation and process international shipments in compliance with regulations.
- Productivity: Contribute to meeting team goals for speed and accuracy — our warehouse processes ~150 orders per day.
- Teamwork: Support fellow shipping team members and maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.

- Packaging meets company standards and delights customers upon delivery.
- International shipments are prepared with accuracy and compliance.

Qualifications
- Previous experience not required - we will train you!
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Must pass a drug screen and background check.
