While the 3100 series provided unique enclosures with their different types of doors and locking mechanism, the 3170 series sets itself apart owing to its novel idea of a cabinet without doors or locks, enabling a maximum airflow for your network equipment. With a generous depth of 24 inches, this 3170-3-024-37 LINIER® Server Cabinet is best for telecom and datacom systems, A/V equipment, and small home audio/visual equipment.
The open frame design of the LINIER Cabinet allows for maximum air flow, which is essential for keeping the equipment cool and preventing overheating thereby maintaining the optimal operating temperatures.
Numerous cable entry points are provided on both the top and bottom of this cabinet. There are also four large ventilation cutouts on the top of the frame to install fans, or for additional cable installation.
The open frame design makes it easier to access and maintain the equipment, as there are no solid walls or doors to impede access. The frame further includes two sets of adjustable, vertical rails which extend to a maximum depth of 24″ giving flexible mounting options.
The model includes preinstalled casters and levelers that allows the easy movement of your equipment.
