ATLANTA, Ga. – January 11, 2019 – AtlanTech Resellers Inc., the parent company of CablesAndKits.com, announced today that it has completed the acquisition of Solature, LLC, a privately-held IT hardware resale company headquartered in Buford, GA. This acquisition represents AtlanTech’s on-going commitment to provide the highest quality networking equipment and solutions to businesses of all sizes. Ryan Mathias, Solature Founder, and the Solature staff will join AtlanTech immediately and operate out of its expanded Buford headquarters.

CablesAndKits is an industry leader in the resale of new and fully refurbished Cisco networking hardware and is a leading manufacturer, distributor, and retailer of Network Infrastructure products such as fiber optic and Ethernet patch cables. Solature is a strategic addition to AtlanTech and CablesAndKits’ portfolio that will accelerate and strengthen both its relationship-focused customer service as well as its network hardware product acquisition and disposition services.

    Yes. If you were working with an Account Manager at Solature, they will continue to be able to assist you.

    Lucky you! You were already working with two amazing Account Managers, one from each business. We are all in the same office now, so if there is a specific question related to a Solature product or service, they will be able to track down who will be able to help you or get the answer for you.

  • Will I have the same account information and customer number that I did with Solature?

    No. If you already had an account and customer number with CablesAndKits, please use that account to place orders you would have placed with Solature prior to its acquisition by CablesAndKits. If you did not already have an account with CablesAndKits, we have already created one for you. Please contact one of our awesome Customer Service reps at 1-888-622-0223 to learn more about your new CablesAndKits account.

  • Will I need to set up a new login on the CablesAndKits website to place an order?

    It depends. If you already had a login for the CablesAndKits web store prior to the Solature acquisition, use your existing login. If you did not previously have a login for the CablesAndKits web store, you will need to create a new online account.   • Will I still be able to purchase the same products that I did from Solature?

    Yes, and even more! Now you will have access to not only the great refurbished networking equipment that you did before, but you will be able to purchase new and Premium CK equipment, networking accessories, Ethernet, Fiber cables and more. The CablesAndKits web store only presents inventory available to end-user (retail) customers. If you are a Hardware Broker customer, contact your broker rep to learn more about inventory available to purchase wholesale.

  • Are the products I have purchased still covered under a lifetime warranty and an advance replacement?
