Happy Thursday!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This weekend was one I will never forget. After weeks of talking about UGA Miracle Dance Marathon and all the preparation leading up to it, the big day finally arrived on Saturday. It was 13 hours of nonstop energy filled with silent discos, live bands, dancing, family talent shows, and so many moments of celebration. For me, it ended up being closer to 18 hours with set up, clean up, and everything in between, but every second was truly worth it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

At midnight, we revealed our total for the year, and it was jaw-dropping. Together, we raised over $1.4 million for Children\u2019s Healthcare of Atlanta! I\u2019m also incredibly grateful to have personally fundraised $3,131 toward that mission, a number I never would have imagined reaching, but one that means so much to me.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

After wrapping up cleanup around 4 AM, Sunday was a much slower start. I caught up on some much needed rest before heading back to finish organizing, a quick grocery trip, and make one last stop in downtown Athens. Seeing our total displayed at the Georgia Theatre was such a full circle moment and the perfect way to close out an unforgettable weekend.
This week has definitely been about recovering and resetting, but I\u2019m feeling so proud, so grateful, and already looking forward to the upcoming year with Miracle! Attached is a photo of our total reveal, one I\u2019m honored to share with you!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
