The CK Daily – Cold Outside, Cozy Inside<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Good Morning & Happy Tuesday! Hope everyone\u2019s week is off to a great start!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It was another cold weekend here in Georgia. We had a winter storm roll in on Saturday and, while some areas got nothing but flurries, other areas got quite a bit of snow. I was in the area that got a good bit of it, around 4-5\u201d! We rarely get snow around here, so it was really fun to watch it falling and see it accumulate. As beautiful as it is to look at, I didn\u2019t really care to spend much time outside in it\u2026 just enough to snap a quick picture and then come back inside where the fire was going!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This was the second weekend in a row of being forced to slow down and stay inside. My nature is to be on-the-go constantly, but the older I get, the more I can appreciate some quiet, restful times! It was a good reminder that slowing down isn\u2019t always a bad thing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
