The CK Daily – Friendsgiving, Football & Firefly Trails<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Good morning & Happy Tuesday! Hope everyone\u2019s week is off to a great start!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I had a wonderful weekend that started with a \u201cFriendsgiving\u201d dinner with some of my closest childhood friends on Friday night. We decided to keep it simple so, instead of making food, we went out to dinner at the Iberian Pig in Decatur, GA. They serve all sorts of delicious tapas that we thoroughly enjoyed! My favorites were the lamb skewers and bacon wrapped dates!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Saturday was pretty laid back. I headed out for my long run on Saturday morning, then hit the grocery store to get some ingredients to make a small game day spread so that Josh and I could enjoy an evening of watching college football! The food was wonderful and the UGA game was even better! The atmosphere in the stadium looked like so much fun, and the game itself was insane! We had a lot to cheer for!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sunday involved church in the morning followed by an afternoon in Athens. We finally got to check out the Firefly Trail which was a really nice place for a Sunday stroll and the weather was perfect. We grabbed a late brunch after our stroll and then it was time to get back into productivity mode with some Sunday cleaning to get set for the week ahead!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
