There is nothing like cooling off, relaxing, and enjoying a leisurely float down the Chattahoochee River in the foothills of the Appalachian Mountains. We usually follow that up with lunch at this German restaurant I love called Hofers, and you can\u2019t visit Helen without going to one of their famous candy\/fudge shops!
