I wanted to take the time to introduce you to a new team member of our Customer Solutions Team, Shiara! She brings over 7 years of customer service experience from a number of well-known companies that you and I might have dealt with in the past.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Some pretty cool things I\u2019ve gotten to know about Shiara is that she speaks multiple languages, and she has a love of creating process documents, which y\u2019all know warm my heart. In my opinion, process documents make the work world go around!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As you might have read a few months ago, I am on the mission to ensure the solutions team is able to assist every single person who contacts us, so having Shiara on the team is a step towards us getting to our goal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
