This USB to Serial Converter cable is the fastest and easiest way to bring serial connectivity to your USB enabled PC. This cable operates as a bridge to provide a standard RS-232 (Serial) port through the USB port of your PC. Connect the USB to Serial Converter cable to any available USB port and instantly create an available DB9 RS-232 Serial port.
We sell this cable to provide a means to use our Serial Console cables with a PC that does not have a native serial port. By using this cable along with our console cable or console cable kit you will be able to connect to your Cisco equipment from your USB port.
