We believe that if you’re not happy, we’re not doing our job right. Therefore, if you buy a product and for any reason are not fully satisfied, return it within 30 days for a full refund of the purchase price without a restocking fee.

The only thing you are responsible for is return shipping unless CablesAndKits is at fault at which point CablesAndKits will be more than happy to pay for return shipping. Please contact us via Live Chat, Phone or Email to request an RMA number. A refund will be made via the payment method (i.e. Credit Card, Check, PayPal, etc.) used on the original order within 1 business day of receiving your RMA.

The only exception to this is special orders, but in general it’s just that simple. As we say here in Georgia, “if you ain’t happy, we ain’t happy!” (Well, technically the saying is “If mama ain’t happy, ain’t nobody happy”, but I think the sentiment is the same!).
